The management team doesn’t answer issues quickly and the rent PLUMMETED a week after I moved in and they “escalated to corporate”… that was three weeks ago. The complex wasn’t ready for move in, trash chutes aren’t ready, NO SCREENS on windows or sliding door, no pool furniture, parking garage needs work… but they aren’t afraid to take my money for rent. AVOID THIS PLACE.
