Top rated for Amenities
We experienced quite a few issues with management when we first moved in, particularly with the frustrating process of getting the keys. However, I do really like the location and amenities overall. The gym feels small compared to other apartment complexes in the area, and I think more could be done in terms of security—many of the exterior doors don’t close properly and are often left open. One major positive is the maintenance team—they respond to work orders quickly and get things done, which I really appreciate. The apartment itself is quiet, and I don’t hear much noise from neighbors. That said, I think the property could do a better job reminding residents to maintain cleanliness in shared spaces. Trash is often left outside the bins, and that takes away from the appeal. Parking is generally good, but it can be a hassle on weekends. Also, the elevators are frequently out of order and tend to stay that way for extended periods. Overall, it’s a good complex. Since moving in, I haven’t had much interaction with management, so I’m not sure if things have improved on that end.
