I’m looking for a tenant to short or long term rent out my private / partially detached guest house off of my 4 bedroom home in the Highland neighborhood of Austin (78752). The guest house is connected to the main house via a covered, concrete back patio and can be accessed through the main house or privately off the side gate.

* $1,700 per month
* This guest house has its own kitchenette which includes:
* Full sized, new fridge/freezer
* Air frier / toaster oven.
* Microwave
* Induction stove top (two burners)
* Dishwasher
* Sink

A bit about me:
I’m in my upper 20s, and I’ve lived in Austin for 7 years. I live with my boyfriend, Jeff, and our two dogs, Beaux and Abby. We are clean, young professionals who enjoy travel, hosting out of town friends, house projects, board games, fitness, and a good bottle of red.

What we are looking for:
Looking for a clean, professional, and respectful person or couple to share space with, preferably around our age. Captain f’ing obvious here, but you probably should not be homophobic lol. In all seriousness, our home is chill for all genders, races, and orientations.
