Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe grounds were usually littered with trash near my building. Maintenance never could fix the dishwasher, or the condensation leak from the upstairs AC draining down in to my apt., I had to fix the toilet myself. Requests were submitted for all of these (some more than once). I didn't care for getting fined $25 for a trash violation that I didn't even commit. There were some good points about the place as well. The women on staff were pretty.
