The grounds were usually littered with trash near my building. Maintenance never could fix the dishwasher, or the condensation leak from the upstairs AC draining down in to my apt., I had to fix the toilet myself. Requests were submitted for all of these (some more than once). I didn't care for getting fined $25 for a trash violation that I didn't even commit. There were some good points about the place as well. The women on staff were pretty.
