“I rarely have noise issues unless people are honking their horns right outside. The location is great, management and maintenance are responsive. The unit had a few maintenance issues upon move-in but were quickly responded to. They had a catastrophic hot water heater issue that lasted 1 week but after parts were received there were no further issues. My only complaint is that parking at the Banks requires a check versus online payment. I actually prefer parking across the street but I wish there was a more convenient way to pay the banks”
