The townhouse is 2223 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. One bedroom and bathroom with standup shower on the ground floor. Extended backyard with patio dining space. The rooftop deck showcases the Vegas skyline with comfortable seating for stargazing.

Guest access
The guests have assess to all parts of house, garage and backyard, no shared spaces. One closet is locked for refills and cleaning supplies.

Other things to note
Brand new smart TVs in every bedroom, smart TV in great room as well as loft.

Rent is due monthly via bank debit or credit card (3% fee with credit card payments). We do not accept cash or checks of any kind, electronic payments only.

ADDITIONAL FEES
There is a one-time cleaning fee of $330 . This home is professionally cleaned between guests. The insurance policy is good for 6 months.

$2,100 refundable security deposit due to block off calendar.

This home is pet-friendly, but not all pets are allowed. We welcome small dogs. Please see the forbidden dogs policy. This is for insurance purposes and the dogs on the list are non-negotiable. The backyard is fenced and perfect for a pet.
