House agreements:
-Single occupancy only
-Pets are not permitted
-All housemates are expected to contribute to the cleanliness of the house
-No smoking or illegal activities are permitted
-No long-term stays of guests (3+days) without prior approval
-Max of 1 vehicle per resident
-Common areas to remain free of personal belongings and storage except when in use
