Moving to Conover
You won't score much downtime looking for city apartments or rental houses in Conover. The reason being is that there's more demand than there is supply. That said, don't hang around when you do find something that you like. It's important to show your intent by complying with the instructions provided by the landlord.
The Cost

Signing on the Dotted Line
Prior to signing the rental agreement, you should have a month's rent already available to pay in advance, together with what's usually a further month's rent to act as a deposit on the property. This allows the landlord some peace of mind if you're in the habit of engaging in raucous partying at your pad. You'll also need some proof that you can indeed pay, as well as a short list of your previous rentals. A real estate agent or property manager will usually carry out a background and credit history check on any prospective tenant before the agreement can go forth as well.
