Verified residentReview source: verified residentI’ve been living at this complex for just over 2 months. I’ve been dealing with music being blasted by my upstairs neighbors at least once a week. When I went to my apartment on thanksgiving, my upstairs neighbors were throwing a rager. I banged on the ceiling and they came downstairs and banged on my door for at least five minutes and jiggled the door handle of my apartment. The power went out in my apartment when I plugged my phone charged in. I had to call emergency maintenance and go without heat in the winter for multiple hours. My car was wrongfully towed and I had to pay almost $2,000 worth of fees and damages.

A few days ago I banged on my ceiling when they were throwing a rager and someone went and stood in front of my door for at least 5 minutes and messed with my door handle.
