5354 N Kimball Ave # 4

The apartment door opens near the generously sized bedroom, which gets great natural light from the east, and overlooks Kimball Avenue. The hallway then leads to an updated bathroom with a linen closet right out front, followed by a large hall closet. The apartment then opens into a large living space with curved windows, also pointing east to maximize the morning sunlight. Off the living room is a separate dining room with windows facing west into the back courtyard. Right next to it is the large, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dark cabinets, and granite countertops. Hardwood floors run throughout the entire apartment. The back door from the kitchen opens onto a classic Chicago wooden patio/stair which takes you down the courtyard and into the dedicated laundry room, featuring coin-free laundry machines. The neighborhood is quiet, and conveniently located close to schools, public transportation, restaurants, and shopping.
