Criteria for Application Approval:

• $100 Application Fee per adult 18+
• Community approval required – Additional application fee of $100 to be paid to the community Association
• Household income of2.5 times the rent or higher required
• 600+ Credit Score
If the credit score is lower due to medical bills or student loans, the application can still be approved with a higher security deposit.
• No Rental Debt- If you left a past landlord hanging, we’ll pass.
• No Utility Debt- Need to keep the lights on!
• No Evictions and Open Bankruptcies are a hard no.
• Criminal background checks are done on all adults.

• Total First Month's Rent and fees- $2,102 Due 10 days prior to move-in date
• $100 Administrative Fee due at move-in
