Tour reviewReview source: tour reviewThe unit posting is very misleading; my husband and I were under the impression that the studio unit would be 1,200 (before the specials). We were informed by our tour agent that that cost is of the rent-by-room option for temporary residents. The unit is actually $2k+, which is a ridiculous price for a studio apartment. The posting from the management staff on Apartment list did not specify this whatsoever. Very misleading.

After living here for a few months none of these amenities have arrived, nor does the hot tub work. The gym is very nice, but there seems to be constant water leakage when it rains. There is also water leaks in our apartment when it rains.
