Although we want your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing we have to abide by a few rules. At least 1 lessee (renter) must be at least 55+. Children are welcome to visit, not for long-term stays. No Smoking-No Pets. This is a seasonal rental from October to April. No more than a 6-month lease and 3-month minimum upon negotiated price. There is a background check and must have a decent credit score. Allow 30 days for HOA approval. $2000 a month includes all utilities. $1000 damage/security deposit Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to arriving. $150 cleaning fee. Daily cleaning is not included.
