This unit is between 14th and 15th on Rhode Island and features a second story loft space that makes for an ideal work from home space.
The loft and living area share two story high ceilings and a wall of windows that pour the natural light in.
The kitchen provides a natural transition from the living area towards the bathroom and the bedroom, which features ample room for a queen bedroom set.
We recently replaced the central HVAC and the unit features its own washer and dryer. This unit and the whole building are meticulously maintained.
We will be taking new photos after the entire unit is freshly painted at the end of the current tenancy, but we are eager to show it to interested parties ASAP.
