    I have unfortunately moved out a month into my lease because of several issues with my specific unit 1138. Avalon did not address several issues with the AC, Dishwasher, Bathtub, refrigerator, Verizon box, and kitchen faucet prior to my move in date. This led to me not having AC in my apartment for a full week during a heatwave. Me not being able to use my dishwasher during the entire duration of my lease. My apartment smelled terrible for several weeks because of the dishwasher. To make matters worse the maintenance team accidentally flooded my apartment when trying to solve the problem. The staff other the Brandy Horne are rude to all of the residents and have little care about their jobs. In terms of maintenance they did respond to every problem, but they were never truly fixed. They just put a bandaid on the issue, and hoped I wouldn’t break the lease. The amenities were cool, but so many rules and early closing times make it impossible for anyone who actually works to enjoy them. I even witnessed a full blown fist fight in the lobby. This has been a horrible experience I have wasted several thousand dollars moving to a different location because of them. I do not recommend Avalon and the property to anyone. Beware. Also I have all receipts to back up everything I’m saying.

    Management is exceptionally shady and the concierge team is by and large rude. There are also apparently bug infestations in certain apartments (per the fb group) they double and triple charge you for things and then just argue with you when you point it out. Would not recommend.
