Located less than 0.4 miles from the Fort Totten Metro, this apartment makes public transportation a breeze. In addition to the Fort Totten Metro, the apartment is also close to a number of buss lines including, but not limited to, the 80, 60, and E4 lines. The Riggs Road Walmart and nearby, brand-new, Aldi are among the many other shopping and dining options are close by as well.
Available right away. Tenants are responsible for internet/cable (if desired). Water, gas, electricity and trash are included in the rental price. Laundry room on site. The rental application is $50 per adult. The Co-op also charges a $60 application fee for one person or $110 application fee for a two-person application outside of our $50 application fee. The minimum credit score for consideration is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). A minimum one (1) year lease is required. The building also charges a move-in fee and would be paid by the tenant.
