Beautifully furnished 1 bedroom guest suite available for rent located 4 miles away from the beach and the Oceanside Pier in the desirable Oceana 55+ Community in Oceanside. You must be 55 or older to qualify to live here! Your private entrance and porch provides a beautiful view of the canyon. Your's is the end unit, which means you only share a wall with one neighbor. My current tenant calls this apartment “a little known gem” with everything she needs, including peace, quiet and a great view! The kitchen area comes equipped with a Cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, full size side by side refrigerator, George Foreman Grill and more! The rent covers all utilities and community fees. You’ll have WIFI and Cox TV, ESPN, HBO and many other channels. You also have access to all privileges and activities available in the Oceana 55+ Community. Common areas include two pools, warm and cool, jacuzzi, lapidary shop, ceramic studio, woodworking shop, meditation gardens to name a few! Gas grills are available at the pools for barbecue! Lots of community activities are held in the Clubhouse. You can be involved as much as you want to be. It is a friendly community. Cat Okay with deposit. There is no application fee. $25.00 for a credit and background check. Pease have good credit and proof that you are 55 years or older. It will save us both time!
