The rug in the apartment was dirty, the blinds were dirty, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the toilet was clogged as well. My car front window was smashed in the garage. My apartment has been broken into several times. The persons put a hole in my blow up bed. Therefore, I have not have a good experience living at Hikari Apartments.
