    Parking is extremely difficult. All guest needs to valet park and pay $40+ per entrance and the parking lot smells like rotten fish every time. There's only one elevator that goes from parking lot to my unit and on busy hours, it takes 15 minutes to arrive. The floor I live has a broken trash chute and I've requested a fix two weeks ago, but it stays broken. It stays open after use and the hallway smells like rotten egg everyday.
