My home is located in the heart of Burbank near shopping and restaurants. It sits facing a lovely little park! It has a large backyard that is shared with a guest house that is occupied with a very nice, quite, rarely seen tenant! There is No garage but there is a carport.
The utilities are Burbank water and power which covers the electricity, water, trash and sewage. It will run you between $150 to $250 depending on the time of year and how much you run the A/C. SoCal gas runs around $20 to $100, again depending on the time of year.
Stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and built in microwave provided.
The washer and dryer area is designed for a stacked unit and is electric. You will need to provide your own laundry electric stacked unit and a refrigerator.
I pay the gardener!
I may consider a cat but due to the back house, having a dog will not work.
Excuse the dining room table pictures, I am packing and my home has boxes and stuff everywhere but I did my best to show this home in the photos! :) The bedroom dresser walls and living area TV wall is not showing due to all my packing and boxes! Rooms are good size but pictures may not show that well!
