The individual above me is constantly dropping stuff running up and down, jumping all hours of the day at night and when I went to tell someone they told me to go confront the person first. When I first started to look at this place, the individual was a little bit condescending and a little bit flip when I was asking her questions which really didn’t help the situation because she was very sweet at the very beginning.
