4. There will also be a non-refundable cleaning fee of $650 charged at the time of Lease.
5. First, last months rent, pet deposit, non-refundable cleaning fees, and security deposit due at the time of signing the Lease;
6. The tenant will be required to maintain the yard. Else, with an additional $150/month fee, a yard maintenance service may be employed. If no yard has been maintained, then there will be a fine of $1000 at the end of the lease to call a professional landscaper;
7. Each adult member on the Lease will be required to complete and qualify as per the background and credit check requirements.
