The home has a great layout for privacy between roommates and comfortability and multiple shared spaces to spread out within the home. I'd consider myself a very responsible, clean, conscientious, and quiet person to share space with. I want roommates that want to stay and will do my best to ensure all roommates are also responsible, respectful, and comfortable with the arrangement.

I am a Naval Officer and I am currently on a sea tour so will likely be very busy. In addition, I am often gone on weekends to visit family in Maryland and my children in Florida.
