Entry level: Bedroom with en-suite bath, direct garage access. Great for live-in nanny/au pair, in-law suite, or private office. Main level: Open kitchen/living/dining, powder room. Back door opens to enclosed patio and shared courtyard. Second floor: Primary bedroom with en-suite. Laundry room (top-load washer, efficient dryer). Top floor: 3 bedrooms + full bath. (We added the 3rd bedroom during our renovation.)
Community -- Vista & Bell at Courthouse: Shared courtyard with ~12 townhouses. Pool, gym, co-working space. Community fee is included in rent and covers snow/leaf removal and water. Location: Clarendon-Courthouse corridor. 7-min walk to Courthouse Metro. 7 min drive to Pentagon (N or S parking) or JBM-HH. Walkable to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Clarendon restaurants, farmers market, Rocky Run Park (across the street).
Schools (APS): Elementary -- ASFS default (3-min walk to bus stop). Innovation, Escuela Key (Spanish immersion), and Alice West Fleet (military kids via JBM-HH SAC) also accessible. Middle -- Dorothy Hamm default. Gunston (Spanish immersion) and Thomas Jefferson (military via SAC) are options. High -- Zoned Yorktown. W-L IB program and HB Woodlawn (option school, walkable) are common alternates.
