Verified residentReview source: verified residentRent is pricey in the DC area in general, but the cost for the apartments is still very high for lacking certain amenities (eg in unit laundry, larger oven/dishwasher, etc.). The management team is helpful overall but sometimes a bit slow to respond to things.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentthe quality of the floor is quite poor. The windows are a bit thin regarding and the ACs from outside are just noisy. My AC is working but noisy and the panel has some bugs. Unfortunately, the bikeshare is often out of bikes (this is not a problem of 1500 Arlington, but still annoying)
