The property includes a washer/dryer, 1 car garage, and off-street parking.

A well-behaved pet is negotiable with owner approval and a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $3,000 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Only available for a 12-month lease. Renewing or extending may not be available past 12-months.

UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, phone (optional), and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the driveway, walking surfaces, and patio/deck as well as refilling the water softener salt as needed. The owner will provide lawn maintenance. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Sprinkled with bungalow and Tudor-style homes, the East Bench neighborhood sports manicured lawns, shaded tree-lined streets, and friendly neighbors! With attractions in every direction, you will find you are within walking distance or a short bike or drive from the Foothill Village Shopping Center, University of Utah, Salt Lake City Sports Complex, Hogle Zoo, Red Butte Gardens, and Emigration Canyon. Local favorites, the nearby 15th & 15th and 9th & 9th neighborhoods is where you'll find many restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, yoga studios, and fun retail storefronts. The East Bench is within walking or biking distance from a plethora of scenic parks, just 10 minutes to Downtown, 3 minutes to the University of Utah, and 20 minutes to the airport.

APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable.
