In accordance with Salt Lake City code 21A.24.010, no more than 3 occupants not related by blood, marriage or adoption will be permitted to occupy the home.
APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable. Applications must be submitted through our website (www.utah-rents.com). Applications submitted through third-party websites will not be considered. Applicants are judged on the same standards on a first-come/first-serve basis, one person or group at a time. The owner does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or source of income.
