Great basement apartment in a fantastic location. Right off of 1-80 near the I-215 split in Millcreek. 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a large living room. Kitchen includes fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave.
The couch and TV are included with the apartment. Room for 2 cars in the driveway. Washer and Dryer in the home shared with upstairs tenant.
Tenant will pay $75/mo for utilities and $40 in summer months (April-September) for lawn maintenance.

* Gross (pre-tax) monthly income must be sufficient to cover monthly rent.

* Items on credit report will be reviewed (we don't expect/require perfect credit, but we're looking to ensure that you will be able to pay rent each month).
* No previous evictions.
* Each adult must apply, pay for, and obtain credit & background checks (part of the $35 non-refundable application fee).
* Each adult must provide address info for at least the previous 3 years and at least 2 previous residences w/ landlord contact info.
* Emergency Contact Required for each adult.
* Maximum 3 adults or 4 total residents.
* Pets: No Pets.
