Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe unit is extremely outdated with a wall air conditioning unit to cool the entire apartment. Although they provided brand new appliances, they never could get the dishwasher hooked up correctly and for 4 months. It just smelled like moldy water. None of the windows would lock appropriately and were a safety hazard. And the patio yard that you're given has another apartments. Living room windows inside your closed area. So there is no privacy out there at all for 1 party. One maintenance man, the lead guy knows what he's doing and it does a great job. But he is stretched so thin with other complexes that the work doesn't get done. You're such a Snap dog.
