Small, domesticated, caged, animals are also accepted (birds, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, sugar gliders, gerbils, & turtles) with only a one-time deposit payment of $250. Aquariums / Fish tanks / fish bowls are accepted without any charges up to a 5-gallon size habitat. Tanks up to 50-gallons can be approved with proof of insurance coverage for first floor apartments only. Prohibited animal types: rodents, reptiles, bats, ferrets, arachnids (spiders), insects, wild, exotic, feral, or farm animals and other animal types at the discretion of management.

Weight limit / size restrictions: 60-lb weight limit and 25-inch maximum height as measured from the ground to the top of the pet / animal’s back. Prohibited dog breeds and mixed breeds: Pit Bull terriers, Staffordshire terriers, Husky, Chows, American Bull dog, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and other aggressive breeds at the discretion of management.
