Beck at Wells Branch

On move in day the apartment was not ready! They also had me moving into an apartment that was different from what was talked about during the showing. After waiting five hours I was allowed to see the apartment and it was filthy, dirty, and infested with roaches! Because I had nowhere else to go and financially drained I stayed the night in that apartment terrified and disgusted! The next my daughter tried to cook and was ambushed by a barrage of roaches! After that the apartment manager put us in there suite apartment and forgot about us! By the end of that first week I had found and paid for a new apartment! When I to Beck management they were ready talk but I was disgusted and done! Under their policy if I moved in the first two weeks I would receive a refund well I moved in the first week and I’m still waiting on my refund three weeks later! The worst experience ever!

I have roaches, maintance tracked black tar through my house. There is always trash everywhere in the parking lot. The gym is barely a gym with most things not even working. The fees that I pay makes no sense. The pool is never open for what ever reason. The gate that I thought was to keep me and others safe is always open rather being shut, it’s open so much that I don’t even understand why there is on. Trash can are so full it looks like a dumping site.
