Verified residentReview source: verified residentI have roaches, maintance tracked black tar through my house. There is always trash everywhere in the parking lot. The gym is barely a gym with most things not even working. The fees that I pay makes no sense. The pool is never open for what ever reason. The gate that I thought was to keep me and others safe is always open rather being shut, it’s open so much that I don’t even understand why there is on. Trash can are so full it looks like a dumping site.
