Utilities and the internet (Google Fiber) will be separate ($150 approx.). These three rooms are all on the second floor and have a shared full bath.

Note: My girlfriend and I are currently living in the primary suite. But we are open to switching rooms, if someone is looking for a HUGEEE primary suite with a private bath and walk-in closet for $1200.
