This is a professionally decorated, private loft style apartment in a separate building behind the owners home. It is in a residential setting with large lots and space. The street is semi-wooded with semi-technical mountain biking trails adjacent to the home. It has plenty of wooded areas just steps from the home. There are parks nearby including a paved bike trail along the Neuse River (a great place to rollerblade). The Loft is on a dead-end street with low traffic. It is close to all shopping and to the city of Raleigh in Wake County (15 mins to the downtown of the City of Raleigh). The Loft is just to the southeast with great proximity to all in Garner, Clayton, Smithfield with the latter being in Johnston County. Amenities nearby include many restaurants, a sports bar/billiard room, microbreweries, a wine house, gyms with temporary memberships, golf courses, and paddling on the Neuse River. There are some great lakes for fishing nearby with boat rentals. And dont forget you are just two hours from a variety of Ocean beaches and the Outer Banks where you can even learn to hang glide.
The Loft comes with modern stainless-steel appliances including an ice maker in a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and above the range microwave. It has counter top appliances, cookware, kitchen utensils, dishware, silverware, glassware, and more all of which are BRAND NEW. It has an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, linens, towels, and other bath accessories and all are BRAND NEW. It has a storage/ private laundry room with a washer /dryer included. The bedroom has a walk-in closet. Although this is in an extremely safe area, there is an additional security system on the home and premises. It includes NEW furniture, furnishings, and d?cor and all will be in place by December 5th-7th, 2018. Photos of furnishings ordered are available prior to photo updates.
Huge DISCOUNTS for rentals longer than one month are included. If you are staying beyond a month, we will charge for just additional weeks for partial month periods with advance notice. For the minimum of a 1 month stay the charge is $1,600 plus minor fees and deposits. However, you instantly get a $400 per month discount for staying 2 months bringing the cost to $1,200 a month plus minor fees and deposits. For 3 or more months it drops to $1,100 per month plus fees and deposits. A Criminal/Credit check application $22.00 fee is required. A Deposit is required for the apartment, DirecTV box, and utility hold against excess utility usage. This amount can be discussed based on your data gathered from your reports. A cleaning fee upon check out will be assessed and can range from $50 - $175 based on your length of stay and the condition that The Loft is left in. Cleaning equipment, cleansers, and supplies will be provided free of charge at any point during your stay. This includes a vacuum, a carpet cleaner for spots or spills, a wet Swiffer, dusting cloths, buckets, brushes, and just about anything else you may need. If you choose to have one, a cleaning people can be recommended to save you money or to just free you up from cleaning. If you have issues that you want to discuss prior to applying we can do so to see if they may preclude you from renting with us (this can save you the background fee). FREE EXTRAS included are: DirecTV with DVR capabilities, a flat screen television, Internet access, and a fixed amount of covered utility fees based on the season. There are simple ways you can monitor your usage and reduce or eliminate fees for overages. These will be discussed with you upon you inquiring about them.
