When I had a maintenance issue, I was told every time I asked about it. “Yeah they got to get it on the schedule.” Nothing ever happened and then things got worse and I found out the apartment was basically not habitable. They had the walls in the windows pretty well patched up and you couldn’t really tell anything was wrong until it rained and then you have a water fall in your living room and you have managers and people lying to you about situation and how it’s gonna be fixable. you take a good look at that place and it’s going to take a lot to fix it. a lot more than they’re talking about. They’re just getting people in a bad apartment so they’ll leave and break the lease and they can make that money.
