Space: The studio is attached to my home, however the unit has a private entrance and separate climate control and it has no connecting door to my home. It has a full bathroom, and brand-new kitchen, and a reserved parking space. You can enjoy an outdoor seating area. It is furnished, with a queen bed with four large drawers, bedside table, mounted drop-leaf dining table, and seating for two.

Kitchen: New cabinets, refrigerator, electric induction cooktop, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric skillet, silverware, cookware, glasses, coffee mugs, dinnerware.
The kitchen has a ceiling air extractor, please use it when you are cooking.

Storage: Wardrobe, hangers, four large drawers as part of the queen bed, and a book shelf unit.

Bathroom: Tub and shower, three storage cabinets and, a laundry hamper.

Other Amenities: Iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.

Additional Amenities: Smart TV and high-speed Wireless Internet, over the air channels and instant TV.
A large backyard, outdoor dinning table and lounge chairs, that you are welcome to enjoy.

There is NO smoking, NO lighting candles in the room, NO drugs on the property, NO inappropriate, illegal, threatening or other behavior, NO pets, NO loud outside noise after 10 pm or before 7 am.

Convenient location: It is only few miles to Colleges and Universities (Johnson & Wales, Barry University, FIU North Campus, Miami Dade Collage and more).
The studio is three miles from the Bal Harbour Beach, is close to Malls (for example four miles to Aventura Mall), Museums, Restaurants, and Recreation Parks are close by, is eight miles to South Beach or Fort Lauderdale, 1 mile to I 95, 826 Palmetto and Turnpike Expressway, and nine miles to Miami International Airport.
