The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The building includes on-site coin-operated laundry and assigned gated parking located beneath the building. There is no A/C, but tenants may install a portable air conditioner. Tenant pays a flat $88/month RUBS fee for shared building utilities, which include water, trash, and sewer. Electricity, internet/cable, and renter's insurance are also the tenant's responsibility. A Santa Monica Rent Control Fee of $9.50/month is also paid by the tenant.
