Verified residentReview source: verified residentBuilding one has German cockroaches. We weren't notified the complex has roach problems. The dishwasher was infested with cockroaches. We had issues getting management to provide exterminator services. After two treatments we still have cockroaches. The neighbors have cockroaches as well but have not requested services. At $3500/m this should not be an issue
