* Convenient access to 101 and 280 freeways (1/4 mile away); close to city buses; Mission /24th St. Bart station less than a mile away.
* Parking on city streets not difficult.
* Stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
* Must like dogs (...and cats)
* No couples.
