All utilities are included, weekly housekeeping and laundry service is available for stays longer than 1 month. Rent is $3,200 for full 2BR/2B apartment or $2,500 for half of the apartment equivalent to 1BR/1B for 1-month lease (minimum required), maybe less for 3, 6, 9-month or longer leases. For 1-year lease, I require last month's rent + $3,200 security deposit to reserve the condo, pro-rated for shorter leases.
