California Place

Residents rave about the management team at California Place — reviews highlight how professional, friendly, and responsive they are, with maintenance crews earning high marks for same-day turnarounds even on non-urgent repairs. The resort-style amenities are a true standout, featuring a dual swimming pool, heated spa, fitness center, BBQ/grill areas, and a resident clubhouse that make every day feel like a retreat. Inside each apartment, thoughtful touches like in-unit laundry, a patio or balcony, ceiling fans, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave ensure everyday comfort is never compromised. The location is a major perk — easy access to Highway 99 puts residents just minutes from CSU Sacramento, Kaiser Permanente, and a wealth of shopping and dining options. Both dogs and cats are welcome at California Place, so the whole family — pets included — can settle in with ease.
