Sunlit Corner 2BD/2BA in Westwood with Two Balconies and In-Unit Laundry

Unit 305 at The Malcolm Villas is a corner two-bedroom, two-bath residence in a boutique 25-unit building in one of Westwood's best-located pockets, minutes from Century City and Westwood Village and an easy distance to the shops and restaurants along Westwood Boulevard. As a corner unit, the home gets light from multiple exposures throughout the day. A formal entry foyer separates the bedrooms from the main living space and houses an in-unit laundry area with a side-by-side washer and dryer. The living and dining areas are open and spacious, connecting to a kitchen with high-end appliances and a private balcony with its own storage closet. The primary suite includes an oversized en-suite bath, a walk-in closet, and a second private balcony, also with storage. The second bedroom is generously sized and works equally well as a guest room or home office, with the second full bath nearby. Two balconies, in-unit laundry, and abundant storage in a small, well-kept building make this a rare rental in Westwood. Contact us to schedule a showing.
