Loud noise, irresponsive managers, unfair charges. It takes forever for them to resolve an issue. Nightmare living here. Please STAY AWAY!
Save yourself time, money, energy, and your mental health and do not live here. Poorly managed is an understatement. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have had to endure 6 leaks in the span of just 1 year – a clear sign of the property's neglect and incompetence. The horror didn't end there. I left for a few months, during which time they promised to repair my leaking ceiling. When I returned, I was shocked to find my apartment absolutely trashed. It was as if a tornado had torn through my home. Items were thrown everywhere, dust was inches thick, and my personal belongings were treated with utter disrespect – picture frames were BROKEN, and all the screws to my furniture were stripped. The promised "repair" had turned into a disaster. To add insult to injury, just a day after returning to this tornado-like apartment and obviously having to hire my own maids, my mother and I woke up to find the ceiling light leaking onto my bed. After months of supposed "repairs," my apartment was trashed FOR NO REASON – THE REPAIRS DIDN'T EVEN WORK! It took an emotional breakdown – myself and my mother sobbing in front of the FOURTH property manager I had dealt with in just one year – to finally have them take steps to help me. Let me emphasize: four different property managers in a single year. That alone speaks volumes about the chaotic mismanagement of this place. Let me tell you, this isn't the only horror story coming out of this complex. They have also recently, without any notice, charged the entire building for random utilities even though no one has ever had to pay such utilities for years and we all pay straight to LADWP. My experience is just one of many. If you value your peace of mind and want a livable home, look elsewhere. This place will drain you in every way possible.
