* Security Deposit: $500
* $50 Application fee
* Move-in costs are a security deposit and the prorated first month's rent
* Utilities: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Electric and Gas will be billed through a formula that divides the total bill and allocates the charges based on the number of occupants in a unit and/or the size of the unit. Tenants will not need to setup and maintain their own Seattle City Light account * Tenant Benefit Package for $42 covers WiFi, insurance waiver, and POSITIVE credit building

* Dog rent: $45/m (no deposit)
* Cat rent: $25/m (no deposit)

Application Requirements:
* 600 minimum credit score
* Income must be 3 x the monthly rent
* Positive rental history
* Cosigners welcome
