4. Two recent bank statements indicating cash reserves of least 6 months of rent amount.
5. Proof of employment needed
6. Favorable rental history of at least 12 months.
7. Two favorable references from current and prior landlords.
8. No prior rental evictions.
9. Not accepting reusable tenant screening report.

Other Important Lease Information: Parking is additional $200/month. W/S/G: $100/month. Pet friendly. Pet rent is: $50/month per pet. $600 Non refundable move in fee (charged by HOA).
