I’ve lived here for 2.5 months, and 2 out of the 4 elevators have been broken for 2 months because they are waiting for parts. My apartment was in bad shape when I moved in and required a lot of maintenance. Maintenance has been quick and reliable for the most part. Our dishwasher was leaking and wasn’t replaced until 3 work orders were submitted. The tenants in the building are nice but there are hundreds of kids, and they play in the stairwell/halls and can be quite loud. Amazon locker was broken for a few weeks and the security guards told me to call Amazon for help retrieving my package from the broken locker. The neighborhood is loud and is surrounded by heavy traffic areas. This building exemplifies the fact that you get what you pay for.
