Verified residentReview source: verified residentWell they offered 2 free months and they only give me one, they said they were to refund there applications fees and they have not refound me anything since I moved in on March 27th they also ask me for $1000 for down payment and on my lease they put $500 so not only they owe me 1 months rent free but they also owe me the refund of my application and $500 back from the deposit also they change my lease 2 different times because they had given me the wrong apartment from the one I apply for and ones they give me the key for the apartment I apply for they rise my rent from what it was I was to pay $1673 and I ended up paying $1700 + Ameneties and I have send them different messages and they haven’t given me what they offered, I pay them $1450 this month and I send them a message about what they owe me just to see if they was going to fix what they owe me but instead I got a 30 day notice to move out
