Verified residentReview source: verified residentWork orders either take forever or are super quick, management does not really answer the phone and when they do no one is in the same page so it’s better to walk into the leasing office if you want anything to get done, roaches in apartments and when submitting a work order for it- it very quickly gets marked as resolved with no one coming in for it. Paint job and cleaning job upon move in was horrendous and I’ve taken multiple things into my own hands to thoroughly clean and fix such as my dishwasher and dryer because maintenance kept marking it as resolved when it was not.
