Boardwalk at Windcrest

Boardwalk at Windcrest earns glowing praise from its residents, with renters raving about the great value they receive — spacious, renovated apartments filled with natural light that make every day feel like a luxury. The stunning grove of century oaks enveloping the community lends a serene, nature-rich ambiance that is genuinely hard to find in an urban setting. Both dogs and cats are welcome here, with up to two furry friends allowed per home, and a dedicated on-site dog run makes it especially convenient for pet owners. Residents love cooling off in the refreshing pool on hot San Antonio days and cozying up by the fireplace in select units when temperatures drop — a perfect year-round balance. Reviews also highlight the added peace of mind that comes with 24-hour maintenance availability, with many noting the team's growing responsiveness as a standout benefit. To top it all off, three shopping centers are just a short walk away and San Antonio International Airport is only about 12 minutes from your front door, making everyday errands and travel effortlessly convenient.
