Really unkind staff that lie repeatedly, leave early, and do not care about the tenants. They ask people to remove their honest reviews because they want to look good on google. Was told my apartment would be available on a certain date and it wasn’t ready for weeks after- then it had stained carpets and was dirty upon move in. Constant issues with leeks and things not working correctly. The complex gate was broken for months. Etc etc etc
