The Terrace

Nestled at the gateway to Dripping Springs, Fredericksburg, and Wimberley, The Terrace is a dream destination for those who crave the charm of Hill Country alongside modern luxury. Reviews highlight the spacious layouts, abundant natural light, and upscale interior finishes — think island kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms with lighted mirrors, and designer touches throughout that make every unit feel move-in ready. The amenity package is equally impressive, with a resort-style pool, fenced dog park, state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working space, and a resident lounge complete with a pool table. Renters love how the attached garages and private patios give the community a genuine home-like feel that sets it apart from typical apartment living. Dogs and cats are both welcome, so the whole family — furry members included — can settle right in. Whether you're unwinding after a long day or heading out to explore the best of the Texas Hill Country on weekends, The Terrace offers an unmatched lifestyle experience.
